Home Inspector Licensing Requirements for Kansas expired July 1, 2013
In the past, home inspectors in Kansas were required to become licensed to do home inspections and were required to take classroom training (our classroom course was approved at that time). The legislation that authorized regulation of Kansas Home Inspectors has expired as of July 1, 2013 and was not extended.
PHII's certification course meets all Kansas requirements for home inspectors including Kansas regulations for trade practices and consumer protection. There is not currently a state test in Kansas, therefore, after graduation from our course, you can start inspecting right away!
