Course Information

The Professional Home Inspection Institute interactive home inspector course package is available for purchase from PHII's main website (www.LearnHomeInspection.com).  There are two courses in the package: The Basic Home Inspector Course which is rated at 128 hours is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for the pre-licensing course required before you receive your TX Real Estate Inspector License.  There is also a free Advanced Home Inspector Course included along with the Basic Course.  The Advanced Course is deisgned as a study tool to help you pass the Real Estate Inspector Exam that is required for licensure in TX.
